Customer service ‘ over and beyond’: I rang Qld Fire & Elec one morning after the linked fire alarms in our unit had randomly gone off, twice between 4am and 5am. Tom was fully booked that day but after patiently listening to my tale, asking lots of questions and then my sending and receiving labelled pics of the offending unit, he most professionally, talked my husband and I through how to disconnect and remove the faulty, hard-wired unit from our hallway till he could tend to our problem. Tom is truly deserving of so many excellent reviews.
