Quality work begins with the basics. First impressions: these guys iron their shirts; they arrive on time; work is completed to a very high standard within the estimated timeframe. Extra attention to detail like organising external flashing so it matches our shed - fantastic. Communication - excellent. Had a leak with my AC drain pump, rang the guys at GSA and they managed get out in a couple of days. Found the pump was faulty and replaced with new one. Quality job done pump works perfect, would definitely recommend them.

I thoroughly recommend GSA, recently our ceiling cassette aircon was dripping water and ice all over our floor, it was a late Friday and I had called the top 10 aircon literally begging someone to come out. GSA was the last phone call I made, they answered immediately and after I had explained the issue they simply said I am on my way be there in about 30 mins. The technician arrived on time and stopped the leaking and made the aircon safe. When I say my aircon was leaking that was an understatement, it was literally pouring out of the roof along with chunks of ice. My wife almost had a nervous breakdown, we had our grandson, a baby as well and the rain just was depressing. So we were very grateful for the no nonsense and quick response, honestly at the time we believed Dale, the technician had been sent by god we were that low. We are eternally grateful. Thank you GSA
