Karl was incredibly helpful when we found ourselves without power due to a downed private mains line. While the line issue itself was a bit big for a sole operator he checked how we were managing for emergency power, going as far as offering to loan us a generator for the weekend. I had already organised to purchase one and he reassured me that I was buying from a reputable company and checked that the size would be sufficient for our needs. He then organised to attend that afternoon to hook it into the house system so that we could run things normally. He did a great job dealing with our old and quirky system and was very patient with my multiple questions. We will definitely be repeat customers!
