Absolute legend. Jason came out on Christmas Day evening to restore our power and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were safe and comfortable before leaving. Service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing out of hours service, contacted Jason on a Saturday evening and he talked me through the issues. Called again Sunday morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. Very happy with his service and friendly manner, will definitely be using again for future electrical needs.

I called this company at 4pm last Saturday for an emergency job on a household power board. The bloke I spoke to, Jason, was on another job and he said he could make it before the end of day around 5.30 pm. He arrived on time and was very polite and very efficient and had the job done within an hour. The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out and the job very neat. I would strongly recommend to anyone in need of an electrician.

I'm completely sick of sourcing tradespeople for various jobs. People not turning up when you've taken time out from a busy schedule, not getting back to you with quotes or flat out taking the p#$$ with their quotes knowingthe lack of availability of tradespeople at the moment. Using Southwest Electrical and Communications couldn't have been further from this experience. Jason was polite, professional, went to extraordinary lengths to meet me on site on a weekend, used initiative to really go above and beyond what was asked (ie colour matching flood light brackets and repositioning the transformers inside the shed for better aesthetics, various product recommendations etc ). He was competitively priced, cleaned up after himself and just a pleasure to deal with all round. Actually looking forward to working with SEC on future projects and couldn't recommend them more highly!
