Communication has been fantastic and so responsive (Even when you were at the cricket on a weekend) and reeks of experts and real humans not salespeople. Post installation the communication regarding the app and warranties etc was instant and easy to navigate. Even the physical clean up afterwards was much appreciated. James was really helpful in discussing what system would suit us best, presenting a range of options with a breakdown on estimated return on investment. The team was really accommodating, fitting into our new house build schedule with no dramas at all. When the guys showed up they all presented well, nice to talk to and completed the job in a day. The service from quoting to finishing the works was quick, well organised, professional and the team were all very friendly. Got the job done replacing all our light switches and power points out throughout the whole house; they put everything back, when they were done and cleaned up well, so it didn't even look like they had been.
