The tradesman and apprentice were extremely approachable and friendly. Installation of two air conditioners was perfect. I will have no hesitation in having them return and install my solar and battery Update 20/11 My solar and battery have also been installed. Wes and his crew went above and beyond and managed to fit me in early as I had to go interstate. Well according to the app I'm making 🤑 lol. Not professing to be a photographer my work is definitely not up to VDW Electrical standards

We had 19 additional Trina solar panels installed, increased the size of our Sungrow inverter, and added a 40kW Sungrow battery system. From the initial quote through to installation, the entire experience was outstanding. Communication was clear and consistent, and the entire process was stress-free from start to finish. There was no pushy sales talk, just honest advice, which we really appreciated. Pricing was very competitive compared to Bunbury and Perth companies, and we were so happy to support a local family business. The team arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and easy going, and treated our home with respect while working. They removed all their rubbish and left our home clean and tidy at the end of the job. After-sales support has also been great - questions have been answered quickly and nothing has felt like too much trouble. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine and old-fashioned customer service.

I had my switchboard replaced last week and am very happy with the work. The technician Blake was able to answer all of my questions , even the stupid ones! He arrived on time and left the space clean and tidy. I've used VDW for a few things now and will definitely be using them again in the future.
