They installed a new air conditioning split system and diagnosed the issue with an old/existing unit not cooling enough. They went above and beyond to get the job done on the day we agreed and had excellent communication throughout the process. If I may to suggest one step for continuous improvement, it would be to double check with the clients the Brand/Model of equipment to be installed prior to the job. It may have been an overlook, but it would have saved you guys a bit of time. I'm very very happy with the air con. Works a treat! Thank you!!! Will be calling again for sure.
