Leslie came with two fellow sparkies to replace a switchbox, switches and pole on my semi-rural property. It was an emergency. My mains power had been switched off by Western Power after a branch hit the meterbox. He came immediately to quote and his team worked on the job all day, setting the new pole into concrete. Leslie then contacted WP when the concrete set and I had our power returned after the WP inspection.
