We initially had a well-known company inspect our dishwasher, and they advised that it needed to be replaced rather than repaired. After speaking with Adeline, we decided to get a second opinion from CPB. To our surprise, their technician discovered that a wire had been deliberately removed by the previous technician to make the unit appear beyond repair. CPB was able to fix the dishwasher promptly and at a very reasonable cost. The honesty and transparency shown throughout the entire process were truly outstanding.
