I am very impressed with the service provided by Koopa from Hancock Electrical Services this morning. He was efficient - effective and had a very pleasant manner. I had not dealt with this company prior to today but saw their add in Little Aussie Communities and decided to ring them as our usual electrician was not returning our calls. We had Koopa who installed a powerpoint for our new garage door. He proposed a couple of options and we chose the one that suited our needs the best with his guidance. He did a clean and professional job in a timely manner. Great communication from the admin team, great use of technology for booking, quoting and tracking.
