Broad Electrical and Air Conditioning

The team at Broad electrical and Air Conditioning are very helpful and responsive to queries. I am extremely impressed with the speed of response for my quote request. Also the explanations that Ben gave were very informative. I understand what I have signed up for. I just wish I'd gone to them in the first place instead of iGreen Energy who installed my solar panels in 2020. They were good then, but not now. I waited 10 months after being told my system would be installed in July 2025. Last week I was let down, and they will not install my system. So I looked locally and found 3 companies - Broad Electrical and Air Conditioning, Solargain and SolarHart. Have not heard back to Solargain, but SolarHart did reply. I'm so glad I'm going with Broad Electrical and Air conditioning.

Broad Electrical and Airconditioning fitted our Solar System (6.5kW, (16 panels), 5kW Inverter and 4 batteries 11kWh). Installed Nov 2023, Ben provided sound advice and considered options in the selection of products. He is responsive to calls, post installation, even today, 2 years later, although flat out he took the time to call and provide advice when I couldn’t remedy it myself (I’m a tech dinosaur ). I recently had Broad Electrical out to my home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. What really impressed me was the attention to detail — nothing was rushed, everything was neat, and they made sure the entire job was completed safely and to a really high standard. They were friendly, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless when they were done. It’s so rare to get tradespeople who go above and beyond, but Broad Electrical absolutely did. The guys from Broad Electrical have always supplied us with great workmanship and provide great service and nothing is too much trouble. They are always prompt and are reasonably priced and accommodate traveling to out of the way locations affordably. Keep up the good work guys. We will definitely use them again.

Ben and his team were amazing to work with. Ben himself had excellent communication and quoted me a fair price. I had a full day's worth of work for him and his team and even though it was out of their way they all came down and did an amazing job. A couple of things were added and changed based on their advice and they picked up that my smoke alarm was 10 years old and replaced that for me whilst they were there. I have recommended Broad Electrical to everyone who asks for an electrician. 10/10 would recommend
