The service was impressively quick - they managed to complete all the air con installs in just one day. Everything was done professionally and to a high standard.   It's always comforting when a trade has an exceptional level of communication. The instant after I submitted my request online I got an acknowledgement, it was good to know that my email hadn't been lost in a random inbox. Several hours later I got a phone call from Tom to schedule in the installation of a split system. It's now been several weeks and would be more than happy to refer Tom's services to friends.
