5 stars and more for Mark and the Shallard Electrical team! We just had Mark out to the house for several small jobs and it was an amazing experience. From clear communication and a prompt arrival, through to knowledgeable advice and high quality work, we were impressed by the customer service at each step. And Mark cleaned up so thoroughly after each job, even my mother-in-law was impressed! We will absolutely be using them again in the future; highly recommend.

We wanted to add some new power points to our place, a couple of which were tricky. Mark was great - he came by to discuss what we were after and quote for the job, which others we approached didn't. We had confidence that Mark fully understood the job and his quote was fair. We're super-happy with the result. Will use again and would recommend.

From the first point of contact to arriving on time, communicating each step of the process, and fitting off new power points, downlights, and an exhaust fan, the entire experience was excellent. We’re extremely happy with their politeness, punctuality, and quality of workmanship. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
