First time using S.E.S Electrical Solutions and I was very impressed with the service that Salah provided. Salah arrived in a timely manner and clearly explained what he needed to do fix the issue with my evaporating cooler air conditioner. He swiftly got the air conditioner working again, and even took the time to film the issue so he could explain to me what the problem was. He also checked the vents to ensure that cool air was coming through. Salah was courteous and respectful and did this work on a 43 degree day in Melbourne, always with a positive attitude. I was so impressed with Salah’s customer service that I will be using S.E.S Electrical Solutions for all my electric needs in future. In fact I will be booking in a service for my air conditioner later in the year. Well done Salah, your customer service and technical skills are excellent.

Sal did an amazing job making my very old house safe. We had lots of problems with the wiring, earthing and dodgy work that was done in the past. He solved all the problems and was super communicative. He clearly cared about the work he was doing and it was important to him that he did a good job.
