I’m really happy with the service provided. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care during the installation of our induction cooker. They explained how everything worked, made sure the area was left clean and tidy, and answered all our questions. Cant recommend enough !

Really happy with the work from Mitch. Super easy to deal with, showed up on time, and just got stuck in. They sorted a few bits around the house—some lights, a socket that wasn’t working—and everything’s working perfectly now. No drama, no mess, just a solid job done right. Would definitely call them again if anything else comes up.

Replacement of IXL exhaust motor. Difficult to access. Chantelle was a delight to deal with in arranging the work. The two electricians who did the work were knowledgeable, well prepared for the work required, and they worked effectively and efficiently. They were very professional. I recommend Shack Electrics without reservation.
