Exceptional Service from QA Electrical – Thank You, Nathan! I want to sincerely thank Nathan from QA Electrical for his outstanding service. When our exhaust fan stopped working, he arrived at our shop within 30 minutesand thoroughly inspected the wiring, identifying the faulty fan motor. Despite spending a full hour diagnosing the issue, explaining the problem in detail, and even trying to connect us with repair options, he refused to charge us at the end. This level of honesty and care is incredibly rare and heartwarming. QA Electrical has been the trusted electrician for our motel upstairs, and this experience proves why they’re so highly regarded. Nathan’s expertise, patience, and integrity reflect why their business thrives—they prioritize customer satisfaction above all. We’ll definitely call them first for any future electrical issues and highly recommend them to others. Wishing QA Electrical continued success—they truly deserve it!
