We went to National Heating & Cooling Geelong because they had good reviews and were an accredited installer for Panasonic. Ricky worked with us on the heating & cooling requirements for our 2-storey house and came up with an effective design that met our needs. Over two days the team did a great job of replacing the previous gas ducted heater and multiple split systems with a ducted split system that included upgraded vents and ducting.

We were recommended to discuss with National Heating and Cooling about an upgrade we wanted to do at our property. We spoke to Ricky Maynard to understand our options, he provided us with a practical solution that meet our needs. He came onsite and we walked through the quote and we got to understood what access was required to allow the removal and installation work to proceed smoothly. Lucas and his team arrived on site on the day and time we were advised and worked hard to deliver an outstanding result. The handover was practical and all our questions were answered. Local company, delivering outstanding service and workmanship. Great service, affordable and competent. National Heating at Geelong have installed many systems for us and each time it was well organised. They can also offer rebates which helps with the cost of the install. I would use them again and again and again.

The team from National Heating and Cooling, Geelong were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked together like a well oiled machine keeping us informed each step of the way. They removed our previous system and ensured our house was left clean and tidy. We could not be happier and the system is amazing. We could not have made a better choice.

The team at National Heating & Cooling were lovely. Ricky was accommodating with organising to check the house in regards to location and size of the air conditioner, etc. The installation was good, although there was a hiccup as extra electric work was required which meant that my total had increased by nearly $800 on top of the air conditioner. This was necessary however, would have liked to have known that kind of figure earlier, and the installer seemed quite upset and frustrated by it as the job was taking longer. I can't say I could give the review 5 stars as I was a bit disappointed that the old metal external covers for the old aircon unit was reused instead of a new one installed so that it would match the secondary unit that was installed. Also, there was quite a bit of copper metal bits left in my kitchen that must've fallen onto the floor, as well as plaster and saw dust in the kitchen and bedroom on the floor under the new air conditioners. I'm not sure if this is standard for minimal clean up from air conditioning installation or not. But overall, staff were nice to work with.

Wanted to grab some fire tools through National which they had to order in and the whole process was very smooth, incredibly quick, and easy! Tools were delivered within a few days, notified me within a few minutes of them arriving at the store and pickup was no worries. Will definitely be back if we ever need anything else to do with our fireplace.
