Huge shoutout to JET Electrical and Data for being the electrical equivalent of a SWAT team… except friendlier, and with better tools. They arrived on time to the minute — like, not “tradie time”, actual clockwork. My dog greeted them with her best “I will defend this house with my last bark” growl, and they handled it like absolute pros (no drama, no fuss, no “ma’am your wolf is broken”). They also took it completely in their stride when I asked them to double-check doors were properly closed so the feline residents didn’t make a jailbreak for freedom. No eye-rolls, no complaints — just “yep, no worries” (cat people will understand how important this is). And honestly? The young guys were so nice - They even offered to take their boots off at the door — very polite — but honestly, after what they achieved, they could’ve worn flippers and I’d still be impressed. Work done: Installed a bunker light out the back, so I’m no longer doing that nightly “find the door in the dark” obstacle course. Replaced a fan switch, meaning my fan now has three speeds again instead of “off” and “turn it on with pliers and a prayer”. Put in a new outdoor power point, so I can use power tools without risking life, limb, and my dignity. And the best part: when they turned the power back on and we discovered the bathroom had mysteriously lost power, they jumped straight into problem-solving mode. Totally not their fault (my house has… personality), but they still chased it down and handled it brilliantly. Top-quality work, friendly service, and zero headaches. If you want sparkies who show up on time and leave your place safer, brighter, and less ridiculous — JET Electrical and Data are the ones.

Excellent service, very reasonable pricing. I needed a new split system installed in the middle of summer holidays with very hot weather forecast. The old unit had just stopped working and as I had previously purchased two units for my place in Melbourne and for my farm I needed an urgent swap over. My neighbour recommended JET as he was very impressed with the work they do for him. James called me, organised to install the new unit all within a week. Top quality job, very efficient work and installation and fair pricing. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

James was fantastic to deal with and communicated clearly throughout the process. The team led by Liam completed a significant amount of work over several days and were always friendly and courteous, which we appreciated while living and working from home through the disruption. James was quick to address any concerns promptly. We would be very happy to use their services again.

Have used Jet electrical on a few occasions and have found their work great. Good communication, tradesmen arrive at specified time and clean up well when finished. Have had an issue with built in lights in brickwork for many years which other companies have tried to fix with no luck. Grant was able to diagnose the problem and get the CORRECT parts to fix the problem.
