Plum Trade Services

Danny from Plum Cooling came out to service our cooling system; however, we had a lot of work to be done. Danny kept us informed about what was going and how it would work at every turn, and he was incredibly understanding and encouraging. Danny was very helpful, courteous, and provided excellent service; I cannot fault him. Without a doubt, I will use him frequently for services and suggest him to friends and family. Again, thank you Danny for your fantastic assistance.

We had our Evaporative cool system serviced. Everyone we dealt with was great, from the ladies in the office, to our service tech Daniel. You can see how much better the unit looks now from the photos.

Aldrex, was super friendly & good at his job 2 split systems done one with a huge deep clean & now works great. Thank you. edit: 13\01\24 Now very disappointed as first time use since cleaned & its leaking on the inside down the wall right through our printer & Telstra box & not cooling at all. Have just rang Plum & can't get someone out till next Friday and there may be a call out fee of $150 wow!!! Edit: they came earlier then expected & didn’t change the $150 call out fee & I thank you very much, However the problem still isn’t fixed. The house is normally nice & cold but it is still only blowing out warm air & dripping water on the inside. :( Edit they came back & had another look & so far so good no leaks & keeping its cold thank you. Overall they do give an awesome service & keep coming back till the problem is fixed so a 5 star is definitely deserved. Thankyou

Josh arrived at my house on time this morning (sat), just great service from him and Plum Heating & Cooling, Josh explained everything to me in a easy way i could understand him, we chatted about the job and what Plum Heating & Cooling can offer me. Josh was really friendly and very helpful Thank you

Aden did an excellent job today In maintenance our heater. He explained clearly and give us some tips to keep it in good condition. He was one of the traders who installed the system 6 year’s ago and still remember us from that very hot day. Aden is a very good representative of Plum Trade Services, he was professional, punctual, nice and happy person. Hope we have him again for the next time. We are very happy with his excellent service.

We had Joshua from Plum Trade Services come to service our very old evaporative cooler, and he arrived on time, was very efficient and knowledgeable, as well as being very friendly. He took the time to show me pics of the unit before and after he'd serviced it, fully explained what he'd done, and also discussed some of the older parts that, if replaced, would greatly enhance the performance of our cooler. There was no pressure, just an honest appraisal that I really appreciated. Also when arranging the service call with Plum, I spoke several times with Jodie, and she was also fantastic to deal with - so friendly and very helpful, always ensuring that our service calls were locked in at times suitable to us, and her communication was first rate. I have no hesitation in recommending Plum Trade Services for all heating and cooling needs.
