Nicko has been our electrician for several years now and we can honestly say he is one of the best in the business! Intelligent, competent, an excellent communicator, efficient, able to resolve the most complex of issues with ease. No job is too difficult. He delivers outstanding commitment to quality and workmanship. Nicko has replaced entire switchboards, completed upgrades, conducted thorough electrical safety checks, installed light fittings, fixed our rangehood, installed split system heating & cooling and even provided free over the phone emergency support. Always available at short notice, Nicko is reliable, honest and his industry knowledge is second to none. I’m grateful to Nicko for responding so promptly to fix a faulty ceiling light. He travelled across Port Phillip bay to fix the faulty light and negotiated with the supplier to replace it at no cost because it was just on 12 months. I have engaged Nicko’s services before and find him reliable and efficient. I particularly like his focus on using energy efficient solutions. I would recommend Nicko highly.

We are so lucky to have found Nicko from New Ethic Electric - he has been absolutely incredible to work with. My partner and I bought an old 1960s house in Geelong that we were living in without realising exactly how unsafe and dangerous all the old wiring was in our entire house. Nicko provided us with an honest, transparent and itemised quote which led to us hiring him to remove all the old and unsafe wiring and starting fresh with brand new compliant wiring along with various other jobs. Nicko is punctual and friendly and kept exactly to the schedule he set out over a big 3 day job (he was even kind enough to feed our cat while we were away while he completed the works). All works were completed on time and to a very high standard with all appropriate paperwork provided. We found Nicko to be a very professional and trustworthy tradie every step of the way who left our house very clean. He really went above and beyond on our job and was generous with his time in providing us a lot of education along the way. Highly recommend Nicko for any electrical work you have (big or small) he is just an absolute delight of person and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work he does for his clients and delivers the best job he possibly can for them, their homes and the environment.

Nicko was fantastic. Explained everything really clearly and well and gave several options at every stage. He was also very transparent around costs. I would highly recommend him. 29/ 9 Have just had an induction stove installed by Nicko- his second visit. He did a fabulous job and was incredibly transparent through the quote and follow up process. I wholeheartedly recommend him as someone capable, efficient and trustworthy. He took me through every safety step and showed me every aspect of the cooker, giving me the opportunity to try everything out. He even tiled the unsightly spot where he needed to remove a PowerPoint to match the rest of the kitchen. He is a treasure of a tradie and a lovely person. 11/10!
