  It has been great working with James’s team the whole process from initial consultation, working though the different options and booking a a slot was all great. The installation was good the attention to detail was second to none it was so neat and thought full even down to adding conduit to cover the pipes from the elements, was very impressed. We have a few more units to do and also replace the main heater will be using James and his team. Very impressed

  Had a new split air and heating system installed in October 2025 and cannot fault the service, professionalism and attention to detail of Clinton, James and the crew. Had four quotes before deciding on Leading Energy and they were not the cheapest, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. The job was completed ahead of time and the cleanup was spotless. Had a follow up face to face call a week after completion to see that we were still happy, these guys are confident in their work and have offered ongoing support for any issues that may arise. Do yourself a favor and be sure to get a quote from Clinton, you will not be sorry.

  Highly recommend this company for quick efficient quality work. Needed the ducted heating fixed and coming into winter it was done in a matter of days. Communication excellent with everyone we dealt with and the follow up contact at the end to ensure we were happy with the works. We even got a surprise box that contained wine, drinkbottle, sunscreen etc. Was not expecting this and a lovely touch as you dont expect this with companies much anymore. Would use leading energy again!

  We had a great experience with Clint and Mitch. We had been left with a half-finished repair by another group in a heatwave just before Christmas and Clint went above and beyond to organise prompt review and repair in a very busy period. Our apartment complex has tricky/high roof access and body corporate requirements which seemed to be no problem at all for the Leading Energy team. We felt they had safety front of mind for the roof works and are thrilled with the outcome. Thanks!
