KGM - Electrical + Communications

KGM has previously done electrical upgrades and repairs while I was doing renovations. Kris and Will have now completed some new installations at my house after quoting a very fair price. I found them to be reliable, punctual, friendly and very accommodating. The work was completed promptly, efficiently, neatly and in a very professional manner, with great attention to detail. A HUGE thank you to Kris and Will at KGM. When flooding from an apartment above ran through my ceiling, wall and fuse box, a single phone call to KGM turned a stressful event into something quickly, calmly and efficiently fixed. Their professional, thorough, thoughtful and courteous approach meant my electrical system was checked and given the all clear within hours. In addition, they provided invaluable advice about the potential for water to be left in areas unseen. Sure enough, a subsequent “flood response” check found water caught in the ceiling, walls and floors which is now being dried out. If it weren’t for Kris, I could have been facing mould and structural problems at a later date. KGM will definitely be my “go to” whenever I need electrical work done.

Highly recommend Kris for all your electrical needs. Kris was professional, prompt and friendly. Didn't talk technical jargon, listened to my needs and talked to me about solutions that were simple and cost effective. We were looking at putting in some additional outdoor lighting and Kris suggested that what we were wanting wouldn't give us the outcome we were seeking. He could easily have just done the work and charged us for it. His honesty and integrity was refreshing. I will certainly use him again.
