I had the ideal experience with Luke and the team installing a generator changeover switch. Everything from the quote to installation was smooth, communication was excellent and everybody was on site when they said they would be. The job is very tidy and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Luke has been more than helpful with some after sales questions and minor problems and I have no reservations at all recommending this business. When I say 5 stars, I literally mean 100%, I cannot fault then entire process.

Rohan was very friendly to talk to & even when I told him about the range hood in the kitchen he said he look at it to see why the lights were blowing all the time. But yes he was very friendly through out the whole time he was doing his job

Luke and Micheal arrived right on time and assessed the issue we reported through our realestate agent and replaced the older failed daikon with this great new Mitsubishi! These men were speedy and had good communication with each other working well as a team to complete their job effectively! They were also very kind and understanding of our nervous dog who was giving them a hard time with her barking :) They were also happy to have a chat and made me feel very relaxed about having this replacement done it was great that they were conscious of tvs and furniture and cleaned up after themselves (it’s our dust and cob webs anyway!!) - thanks so much guys! We will recommend you to the neighbours!! Hope to see you again with our next electrical fault! 🤣 haha
