Simon provided us with a great value quote which was provided in a clear and simple quotation form. Connor and apprentice Jack then completed the works which took 1.5 days to complete. Each day Connor and/or Jack arrived promptly and we received a text message when they were on their way to our property, which was greatly appreciated. The quality job Connor and Jack undertook was fantastic. They supplied and installed the quality fittings and cleaned after the job was complete. We greatly appreciate the work completed.

The electrician, Simon, was great, he narrowed down the problems quickly, including sourcing and retrieving a non-standard alarm battery. I highly recommend these guys, and fully intend to use them again. Even their fees are very reasonable! Really happy with their service.

They were punctual, courteous and took the trouble to explain exactly what needed to be done. We could not be happier with their service, and most grateful to the Tapp team for recognising we had an emergency and, therefore, arranged for their guys to be at our place within half an hour of my initial phone call. Also, another plus, extremely good value for money, when compared to other quotes.
