Tapp Electrical assisted us with replacement and installation of new LED downlights and fittings at our home, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. Simon provided us with a great value quote which was provided in a clear and simple quotation form. Connor and apprentice Jack then completed the works which took 1.5 days to complete. Each day Connor and/or Jack arrived promptly and we received a text message when they were on their way to our property, which was greatly appreciated. The quality job Connor and Jack undertook was fantastic. They supplied and installed the quality fittings and cleaned after the job was complete. We greatly appreciate the work completed.

Had Jason called out after hours he done a temporary fix to get power on and he came back with the parts the next working day. Fixed the problem everything is now all good. Will recommend them as service, quality, price and workmanship where very good thanks

My alarm was playing up, and I needed help fast. When I phoned Tapp Electrical, Nicole was so understanding and helpful and managed to locate an electrician who was available that day! The electrician, Simon, was great, he narrowed down the problems quickly, including sourcing and retrieving a non-standard alarm battery. I highly recommend these guys, and fully intend to use them again. Even their fees are very reasonable! Really happy with their service.

Simon and Jack worked tirelessly today to restore electricity to our house. They started the day working in atrocious weather conditions, but did so with a smile on their faces. They were punctual, courteous and took the trouble to explain exactly what needed to be done. We could not be happier with their service, and most grateful to the Tapp team for recognising we had an emergency and, therefore, arranged for their guys to be at our place within half an hour of my initial phone call.
