Jai was unbelievable called him up on the Saturday of Australian Day long weekend to get someone to come out as our A/C had stopped completely he came around Sunday and went through the whole A/C to then reach out to some technician on the Tuesday He was very polite and professional and worked as hard as he could to get it fixed we had to wait for a part to come in he responded to all my messages and has now completed the work would highly recommend him and his work .
