Charles came from Bice Electrical on a bright morning, his tools neatly packed and his smile ready. He greeted everyone like an old friend, the kind of man who makes you feel at ease before he’s even begun. He took a look at the lights, the switches, the wall where the television would go, and talked through the plan in a way that made sense—steady, confident, and clear. He worked with care and good humor. As he wired and fitted and leveled, he kept up an easy conversation—stories about other jobs, a bit about his trade, a few jokes that made the time pass well. You could tell he took pride in what he did, but he enjoyed the people just as much. The lights went up clean and straight, the switches clicked neatly into place, and when the television was mounted, it looked like it had always belonged there. He tested everything carefully and showed how it all worked before he packed up. I felt reassured to let Charles lock up, as I needed to leave to run some errands. When he left, the room looked better and somehow felt better too. The work was solid, and so was the man who did it. Seb and Charles did a wonderful job with installing new lighting in our main living area today, right from the initial consultation through to installation. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up well. Highly recommended.

I would absolutely recommend BICE electrical to anyone looking for an outstanding electrician. We were lucky enough to have Seb install ceiling fans in our home. Seb was punctual, a great communicator and his workmanship was second to none. We will be using BICE electrical again with future upgrades to our home.

Excellent service and great communication! We recently had an induction cooktop and the associated electrical requirements installed by Bice Electrical. Matt and his team were very professional in providing a quote, and I really appreciated Matt calling me to explain the elements of the quote and where the costs were incurred. It helped to make the quote very understandable and transparent. On the day of the install, Matt and Seb turned up on time, were polite, helpful and efficient and did a great job. Again, Matt was excellent with communication, explaining why they had to do the work the way they did, and taking care to do the work safely and efficiently. Matt came out and installed 2 new ceiling fans in my townhouse with a flat roof. Other companies said it couldn't be done. Installed perfectly with no damage or holes. Fitted perfectly and I couldn't fault the workmanship. Left him unattended for 4 hours with no trust issues whatsoever. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
