Needed a new cooktop installed. The team (John specifically) at Sharpe listened to my needs, got out to undertake an assessment that afternoon and then got it installed with minimal fuss. It wasn’t a straightforward fit and so they needed to cut out extra bench which they were able to do, again, easily as part of the service. They were great to deal with on the phone and the guys that came to do the inspection and the work were courteous and on time. I would recommend them for helpful and friendly service.

Not so great part - Original booking was lost/not put into system properly, so when technician didn't arrive and we chased it up they booked us in urgently for the next morning instead. Great part - Technician was efficient, friendly, and able to fix our issues within 30 minutes, without costing the earth. Also gave us good advice for future methods we can take to maintain our technology ourselves.

In time, Professional. They quoted three hours for installation and they were pretty much three hours on the dot. I'm Extremely happy with the service. I'm actually looking forward to those 40+ degree days to test out the LG split system fully. All in all, I highly recommend this company. A++++
