T&K Airpower

I had a really good experience with T&K Airpower, who were recommended to me through RAA Trade Assist. Communication was great from their team from the start, and very responsive and helpful with any follow ups I had before the appointment. Tristan arrived within the advised timeframe, carried out the maintenance thoroughly, and explained what type of maintenance was being carried out and was happy to provide updates as he worked. The whole process was easy and efficient, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Very highly efficient and affable team who go the extra mile to bring back the smiles on a customer's face. I recommend them highly and would like to say a big thanks to all the guys who came through my house to ensure my satisfaction was absolutely achieved. Lucky is an absolute gem of a technician I'll like to have any day crisis rears it's ugly head in any electrically related issue. He waited patiently for me to return from a doctor's appointment 15 minutes after he arrived at my house. What i call "value for money" services. Cost effective and no time wasting. Thanks guys, from one happy family.

Nathan was AMAZING! 😍 Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Gave us great advice and lots of options for servicing and upgrading our air conditioners for our situation. Quality customer service - definitely will be keeping T&K Airpower for all our aircon needs. Oliver also made sure we were very happy, if we weren't he would go out of his way to make it right. This is how all customer service should be!!

Very happy with the service provided for my aircon. Communication from T & K is great. Reminder sent the day before & on the day to advise the technician was on his way. The technician was very friendly & efficient. A really nice guy. Very tolerant of a very excited dog too. Happy to recommend T & K AirPower.

T&K were fantastic - open and honest and their communication is second to none. Paperwork was prompt and clear. The technician who came initially gave us full and thorough info, outlined options and didn’t push us at all. The installation of our new unit was to happen on a shockingly hot day yet they didn’t let us down - rather they worked with us to make a really early start on the day. We thoroughly recommend Oliver and his team.

Excellent service. The engineer arrived within the time frame given. He was very friendly and very efficient. He took the time to explain what he was going to. After he was finished he once again went thru what he had found during the service. . I highly recommend this company.
