We have nothing but praise for Safecall they do a neat job they tell you what they are doing, we’ve had power points, tv aerial points, ceiling fans x 3, solar panels installed, al done promptly and well. Also yesterday the electrician came on time & when I was told he was coming, installed a aerial outlet for my TV, he worked very hard very satisfied with his work.

Tom and his ever friendly team have been coming to our residence for quite a few years. Starting with lighting my very dark hall with very inexpensive lights - great in winter. The special switch to turn off our smoke alarm if it does go off- it’s on a very high ceiling - our garden lights in our dark native garden to - the other day when we got a heat tube replaced in our bathroom ceiling. I got in touch with Tom the week before knowing rain was coming and we had an electrical issue when the rain came down. Tom put a tentative appointment down and sure enough he was required. Tom’s staff were on the door step for 8am as per his instructions. The electrician was thorough and interested and located and fixed the issue inside an hour and a half. We have had no issue since. I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Safecall Electrical. They are true to their name. Wishing Tom and his staff all the best.

Tom and his team always turn up on time, stay in touch and are clean and tidy. Well priced for the excellent service! I needed various down lights and pendant lights installed. His electrician Tim covered over with drop sheets in the areas he was working and was respectful in the house. Excellent job!
