Called TMES Sunday morning Nov1 2020 with crossed fingers hoping I could reach someone and that they could help us after a tree branch snapped our main power line from the road and damaged the mains board. Energex could do nothing until this was fixed. Not only way my call answered straight away- a technician was sent within 15 minutes and the line and box fixed immediately. Expecting to pay huge $ for the call out and repair on a Sunday I was very pleased to find the amount very reasonable!! The work was carried out in a very professional manner and helped us to get power restored quickly and painlessly. We will definitely call you first when electrical work is needed again! Thank you
