Finally settled with a solar system. After so much confusion with these online solar companies that just seem to try and sell you their systems without any consultation or home inspections. I had Scott from Impact come for a home consultation and assessment of my personal needs. Scott had a look around and than showed me a few options as I just had a 13kw system stuck in my head from these FB advertisements that always were popping up. The main thing that was holding me back initially was pricing, by that I mean the massive differences with all these online places. Scott and the team did a A1 install and I'd recommend them to anyone. 👌 Thanks again to the Impact team. Cheers

Scott has been amazing to work with from start to finish. I called them last week and he was able to promptly fit in with my schedule to have a quick check of our solar system. The whole team from Impact Energy were fantastic. Most of my questions and communication was with Scott and he was able to answer all my questions and didn't leave me unsure about anything. We discussed many options for Solar System solutions and we ended up with the Panels that I was looking for along with the best Inverter for my situation. Through the whole process, I did not feel like I was being guided towards a particular solution or product. What I wanted, was what Scott was happy to do. The team on the day were on time, friendly and approachable. I was very happy to see that Scott who sold me the solution was also on the roof installing it too. The team did a great job, installed in a timely manner and didn't leave until they had given me all the required paperwork and a complete run down on system. Had a look around after the team had left and there was no leftover rubbish, no broken tile surprises and everything looked tidy and professionally installed. Beyond happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Daniel and the Impact Energy team installed our solar and we have not paid an electricity bill yet!! The team were efficient, reliable and finished in a day leaving our site clean. Daniel and the team have done a great job in updating our electrical system from the power board to light fittings, our new kitchen with all the appliances and LED under cupboard lights. They responded quickly to last minute needs when we had to shut off power points etc so work could be done. They expertly installed air conditioning units and transferred a couple of older units. I highly recommend Daniel and his team. They delivered what we wanted even when it was more difficult. They’re very cost effective.

Daniel and his team were prompt, knowledgeable and offered comparably pricing. What made the experience pleasant for me was his honesty and follow-up afterwards when I had questions about my next electricity bill. He didn’t just do the job and take off.
