Henk is a Whiz, when it comes to fault diagnosis and rectification. He is a genuine gentleman and absolutely trustworthy and although Henk was extremely busy and short staffed he went out of his way to talk me though step by step over the phone to try and resolve the issues remotely and he made special time for me to attend at his workshop that very next day as the issue needed hands on trades to repair and not only did Henk rectify my solar Inverter issue but he upgraded my system so meet safety standards and he blew me away with his knowledge as he patiently walked me through step by step as he set up my system for remote monitoring, diagnosis and remote system adjustments that can be made from Henk in his office whilst I am out in the never never trust me this I now have learned is essential if your travelling like I am. If you want peace of mind and expert service Pasma is your saviour. The battery in my van was not charging properly while I was in Cairns on vacation. Even though PASMA was especially busy given the added effect of the caravan and camping show that was starting the next day, they fitted me in. They carefully went through my Victron system - fixed solar panels and charger/inverter, found some problems caused by a previous dealer, and got the systems working again. Thank you very much for getting me out of a hole
