G-Solar installed a BYD battery system at my home yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician, Steve, was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain all the features and functions of the system in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in using the new setup. What impressed me most was how he managed to integrate the system into our older wiring—not an easy task—while working around intermittent showers of rain. Despite the challenging conditions, Steve stayed calm, focused, and delivered a neat, reliable installation. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer care these days. Brilliant service. From the initial enquiry to the handover, the install was smooth and easy. All questions asked were promptly answered. We installed a system with a battery and from day 1 have not used any power from the grid - winning!! Throughout the process we were kept informed every step of the way, it was just all easy. Added bonus, the guys on the tools left the place immaculate . Very happy with our new system!

I couldn’t have asked for a better company than G-Solar to install my batteries.
