Timely response and excellent work in solving our internet issues. A faulty cable was replaced and tested, and great advice given. We had the same friendly crew attend the following week to install a ceiling fan and the job was done professionally and neatly. Highly recommended !

Although he didn’t replace the cabling, he gave sound advice: since the line is currently working, it’s best to continue using it until an actual fault develops. I appreciated his honesty and practical approach rather than pushing unnecessary work. This was especially helpful given that Telstra had identified the issue but don’t handle this type of fix. The cabler’s clear explanation and professional manner gave me confidence in how to manage the situation going forward. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.
