This is a small business I'd vouch to friends or family. I dealt with Ryan the owner who came across professional, polite and extremely tall. Communication was a strong selling point for me, as Ryan contacted me a few days after sending the quote and continuely kept me updated when it came to booking in the install of the AC. On install day, Ryan arranged Josh and one other. I had reservations but was reassured and turned out to be the nicest men. They did an excellent job and understood that I wanted the conduits to be as subtle to the eye as possible.

The boys at Key West were prompt and professional with the installation of our Ducted Air-Conditioning system. They were helpful and answered every question, dealing with Cameron prior to the installation was quick and easy, got back to me with a quote promptly and booked in there earliest time slot. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone that are wanting to get electrical work done, especially ducted air-conditioning systems.

Ryan and his team are all awesome people. Ryan quoted very competitive prices for the ducting system and other electrical works and was very accommodating with all the request I had. His team members are all very professional and experienced. I'm very happy with the works they have done for me and highly recommend them.

The Key West team were fantastic. Ryan was very responsive with our queries, gave us good advice and the quote we received was very competitive. They installed ducted air con, with air touch 5 to an old house (Highgate Hill 4101) with no issues. The stand out for me was not only the price and the quality of the work, but the team clearly enjoy their work and were very supportive of each other. Their communication was warm and friendly and they left our house in an immaculate condition. Full disclaimer - i was initially worried about the quality of the work due to the very reasonable price, but i didn't need to be, the standard and quality of service was fantastic.

Ryan provided excellent service all the way from quoting through to installation of two air conditioners, and site clean up. He and his employee arrived early and provided a swift service without a single issue. They were both extremely friendly, professional and competent and I have gone ahead and recommended them to my brother in law who is looking to get an air conditioner installed in his home office. :)

I engaged Key West Electrical to replace an existing aircon split system with a new replacement. My experience with this company was very good from the time I engaged them to work completion. We agreed on price & product quickly & in less than 48 hours my new aircon is up on the side of the wall. The two young men that came to install were polite & trustworthy and showed interest in their work. My place was also cleaned up well at completion. I will be using Key West Electrical again shortly for other electrical work around my place. Highly recommend them. This company is very responsive in quick time to any queries you may have day or night.
