I required the replacement of 2 sml SS units. I like to support local businesses, so the hunt began. I found Icebolt who is located in the Redlands (SEQ). Spoke to Sam who walked me thru the quote/install process. She was very welcoming, helpful & knowlegable & helped me select the appropriate unit for the size of each room. Then, when it came to install, I met Emily who was super friendly. She removed the old systems, installed the new systems, did it with a smile on her face & left no evidence of her even being there. Terrific interaction with a locally owned & operated business who I would highly recommend. A+
