Jaric Air-conditioning and Electrical did an awesome job on our place. Michael their sales rep was incredibly helpful and responsive, came out and gave us a quote in person and the job was booked quickly after the quote. On the day the installation guys were prompt and resourceful, they were still able to get the job done when the core drilling person didn’t show up and left the place clean and even installed the flange door we’d bought for us. Would highly recommend Jaric to anyone who needs an airconditioner installed.

Finn was fantastic to deal with. He came out to service our air conditioners, and we also asked for his opinion on replacement options. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable of options and units. After a bit of shopping around and positive feedback from a neighbour I contacted the folk at Jaric Air, Capalaba re our19 year old 7.5.kwh Panasonic inverter showing a fault. Well after receiving information as to possible options available we decided it was time for a replacement. From the very start of dealing with the sales staff who professionally supplied us with various options my wife and I decided to replace the old one with the same brand and size. Once our order was placed dealing with the accounts section and administrative staff was a worry-free experience. Times and date of replacement went very smoothly with the installer arriving exactly as arranged. His workmanship in removing and replacing the old for new was of the highest degree and his manner in discussions with us was exceptionally high and always professional. Very happy with the outcome and we know who we will be going to when either of our other smaller units decide their time is up.

Recently (yesterday) had my Tesla car charger installed. The process was simple, communication was clear and easy to understand. The installation process was smooth and the installer fantastic, he showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, explained everything and answered all my questions. Jaric did work for me on my HWS and EV charger. Lewis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing issues over the phone, so when that Jayden arrived on site all work was completely quickly and professionally. Jaric solved problems that I’d been having for months with work done by other companies, and are now the only electricians I will ever use again. Five stars are not enough stars to give!
