All around amazing!! From first contact to site visit and installation, my family could not be happier. Shannon was always prompt with answering questions and provided quotes prior to site visit. Nathan was exceptional and designed 3 proposals for us after the visit and gave great recommendations based on our energy usage and needs. Jack and the team did a fantastic job and installed our solar and battery system all in one day. We stumbled upon Solar Air Energy after they had been doing plenty of work around the bayside area. Nathan attended a site visit & after explaining what we wanted to achieve, he designed a new battery system that could include the old 13.2kW solar panels already on the roof. In total we added; 7.1kW Solar Panels, 40kWh Battery stack, 15kW Hybrid inverter, Whole home back up, rewired old exisiting 13.2 into the inverter for a total of 20.3kW Solar. The girls in the office were great for communication, letting me know install time & when the boys would arrive on site. The boys arrived on site around 7am and had everything completed around lunch time, they sent a team of 5, 4 electricians & 1 project manager which I think his name was Dylan. They all worked super efficient, they were polite & the dog even got plenty of pats whilst they were here. The guys cleaned up after themselves & ensured everything was working on the monitoring side whilst running myself through the details & how to navigate the entire system. 5/5 Stars. Would highly recommend Solar Air Energy, they are the A-Team in solar & batterys!! No more power $500 a month power bills!

Two years after our 14.8kwh solar panel installation, have brought Solar Air Energy back to install 2x19.2kw battery stacks. Nathan and his team are nothing short of phenomenal. Great advice, great quality products, great installation, great prices and exceptional aftersales service. In late 2022 I selected them to do the install on a new build, during the initial visit they picked up on some issues with the build and again during the final installation - the attention to detail when it came to conforming with standards and compliance was a welcome relief - this review isn’t the forum but for more detail but it’s seldom to find contractors that have the owners long term interests at heart. Special thanks again to our instal team Nathan, Mark, Jack, and Mark (2). 2.5 yrs on and I’m still grateful and smiling ;) So why are they back today? Our system has performed really well, the current battery rebate available up to 50kw tipped the extra spend into a smart investment. Here’s the first battery stack installed by Nathan and Josh this morning. More compact than I’d thought (which is great). Another notable mention is that I recommended them to two friends and they left 5-star reviews too, and have been happy for almost 2yrs now and they’ve both on referred Nathan and the Solar Air Energy team as well.

First class service from Solar Air Energy from start to finish. The team of Nathan, Mark and Dylan turned up on time and worked continuously throughout the day to get job finished. Their attention to detail was outstanding and their help with regards to cracked roof tiles and communication with our roofer enabled us to quickly rectify said issues. This was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing a new solar system.
