Arrived home to find half my house tripped out. Ben answered the phone promptly, informed me he would be arrive after he completed another job around an hour and a halves time. He arrived earlier than I expected, was thorough and found the problem promptly. Was respectful of our home and space. One of our power points as he sought the issue fell apart so he replaced it and organised a follow up to replace it with the 4 point that was there as he had none that late in the day. Text message follow up appointment sent within 24 hours with date and time set. Invoice sent at the same time. Very affordable. Highly recommended! Thanks Ben!

Ben and the team at Infuse Electrical are THE BEST. I cannot recommend them highly enough so you can stop searching for the right electrician because you just found them. We had major drama when the cables that ran from the street into our house burnt out in the conduit underground. We rang Ben close to 6pm the afternoon it happened, he didn’t answer so we didn’t leave a message. HE RANG US BACK!. Then he arranged to meet us at the property at 7am the next morning and HE TURNED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. He diagnosed the problem quickly, recognising our urgency and went to get the digger so he could start finding the cable immediately. That took hours on our 2.5 acre block. He never stopped, not even for lunch. He found the cable late afternoon so called in the team to help him rectify it asap as it was a Friday afternoon and in 35c heat it was going to be an uncomfortable weekend without power. The 3 of them went flat out finding, fixing and rewiring till it we were back online again. Then the they filled in all the holes they had dug looking for the cables too. I have to admit I was afraid to see the bill with all 3 of them and the digger working on our problem but it was shockingly affordable and I’m happy to pay it. Their number is now saved in my phone and they will be the first people we call when we need any electrical work done.

Ben and Paul attended my mother’s property and both were professional, efficient, and got the issue sorted. It took a lot of troubleshooting but Ben was able to isolate the problem, and as a result we will have working aircond’s tonight 🙌🏼.
