Recently needed an air con repair. Spoke to Tom on the phone and he was able to fault find over the phone and help me fix it without him. Saving me a call out fee and doing himself out of the job. What a legend. Would recommend him to anyone. Next time I’m in need, he’s the first man I call!

The team went above and beyond to help fix our very old ducted air-conditioning. there were lots of challenges thrown at them due to its age and un-availability of parts, but they overcame it with ease and professionalism. Highly recommend and will be using for all our electrical and air-con needs going forwards.

We had Tom from Ground UP Electrical Projects attend at our property to fix our outdoor security system and sensor lights that had become defective. Tom arrived at the stated time and it was really useful having SMS alerts reminding us that we had booked Tom in and his ETA. We found Tom to be incredibly knowledgeable and his quality of work is of the highest order. Not only did Tom identify the problem with our previously installed security system and sensor lights, Tom was willing to listen to our ideas for replacement and then provide us with alternative options that we would never have thought of. Tom was also able to discuss various up front costs and running costs of the alternative options that he was presenting to us on the spot. Once we had agreed the option we wanted to pursue Tom installed in then and there! The work Tom performed was of the highest quality and very reasonably priced. We would definitely use Ground UP Electrical Projects again!
