So happy with the professional and efficient customer service Jaye and the team at Faze provided. Had three Daiken airconditioners installed at a very competitive price and in a very timely manner. Even had a small glitch which was no trouble and handled promptly and effectively. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Faze recently. Submitted a quote for a general clean and service of air conditioner and to also diagnose a leaking problem. Within one day, I had a service hooked with a timeframe. On the day of the service, the technicians arrived promptly and without delay. They quickly began their work cleaning the unit. Shortly after, they had diagnosed the problem, which ended up being that a previous company had not installed the unit correctly which was causing a bad leak down the interior wall. They provided us with an on the spot quote for the additional work to reinstall the unit, which they completed within the hour. 10/10 would recommend Faze for any electrical or aircon needs. Friendly folks and professional service! Such a rarity these days and it was a breath of fresh air.

These guys were fantastic! Sure it was a simple fix and he was headed my way after hours anyway...but the promptness! The professionalism! And the perfectly working hot water system!
