These guys did a fantastic job on our install and clean of our aircons on our residence, highly professional, kept us informed from wo to go. We also use them on our commerical buildings maitenance - couldnt rate them high enough.

Was waiting 3 weeks for a quote from another company so decided to give alpha cool a call, they put me through to Steven who is one of the supervisor, he manage to give me a quote within a few hours and manage to get evap coil ordered, delivered and replaced within 2 weeks. These guys don't mess around and they go above and beyond to get the job done.

Alphacool is the warranty repairer for our brand new air cons in our new build, one phone call to Jo and she said that they were really busy and there would be at least a 3 weeks wait, a week later Jordan called, there was cancellation and could they come out. The techs that were sent out were so pleasant, and polite, I had to rush back to work, I could confidently leave them at the house, we’re fine with our dogs, locked up and had the parts a weeks later and repaired the unit. Can’t speak highly enough of Amos, Jo and Jordan - thank you for making it so easy

We bought 3 Daikin air conditioners: 2x 2.5 kw and 1x 7.1 kw size. Price was competitive and installations were good. Two of three air con working perfectly after installation. Third air con had issue with low pitch "snoring" noise, audible at night time. Attempts to fix this unable to solve issue. It was decided to replace indoor and outdoor units under warranty. We had to wait for a few weeks before the replacement units were installed and it has finally fixed the issue. Highly recommended team and I would use them again.

I have just had Zac and Ryan around to install an air conditioner; the one we bought at the cricket after a couple of beers! Firstly a well done for donating that. Certainly a good cause. The purpose of this note is to pass on my appreciation of the work your boys did. They arrived on time, worked quickly, were very polite and considerate, and were very tidy. (I invited them to put the vacuum cleaner through the rest of the house, but they declined. I was hoping that they would do it, and I could then claim the credit!) Top job. A big, big thanks.

Made the mistake of using them for electrical work. Check costs before you advise them to replace anything. Cost me approx. $300 to get a replacement remote for our ceiling fan!! Yes sounds ridiculous! 19/2 - Post my earlier comment, and Marty's comments below, the electrical supervisor contacted me and we resolved the situation to our mutual satisfaction. Am happy to change the rating and I think a business that can discuss, review and prioritizes customer satisfaction however small the issue, is definitely a company to be recommended.
