Rix Electrics

On Sunday, 9th Feb 2020, we had a council tree bring down our power lines in the storm. We had been left high and dry by Endeavour Energy when the technician lied about our private power pole being damaged, when it wasn't, and told to call our electrician and insurer. We were referred to Rix Electrical by our regular electrician, as we would need someone who was an L2 ASP certified electrician. Not only did Rix answer the call on Sunday, but they had their electricians come first thing Monday morning. They then helped us by speaking to Endeavour, and stating that there was no issue with our private power pole, which Endeavour should have fixed in the first place. It's unfortunately rare in business that you find people who are honest, reliable, and helpful, who don't try and take you for a ride. Even though we ended up not requiring Rix Electrical's services, I cannot thank them enough, and won't hesitate to call them if we ever need their services in future. We need more honest and trustworthy businesses who are like Rix Electrical out there.

We lost power during the recent storms and the Rix electrics team were fantastic. They restored the power very quickly, they were professional, very fair pricing, reliable and would highly recommend them.
