They have done several jobs for us. Remove my EV charger from our old home and place into the new home. Due to the great work they did, we booked them again to install our four fans. Organising it with Tom was a breeze. Daniel was friendly too

Our story starts with getting a leaflet in our mailbox for Randall electrics. Our home is 7 years old and at the time of built we wanted to save money and didn't get the down lights so we decided to call Randall to get down lights installed. With the first phone call we felt so comfortable with their approach towards our requirements and then we got connected with Locky in their Brisbane office. He gave us a truthful response and came and did the inspection and arranged time for the job, kept us updated at all of the time and when he arrived to do the job he was so diligent, professional and even though he had to drill holes for down lights as our earlier lights were on beams, he did it without any complaints and was so careful in ensuring he doesn't burst any water pipes etc as our home is double storey. From bottom of our hearts we would like to say a big Thank You to both Locky and Jack for fantastic job they did. Jewel on the crown was replacing our void light with light pendant. We will recommend this company for any of your electrical services. Thank you once again Locky for your service and we are so happy with the job and enjoying our down lights.

Daniel was exceptional. He efficiently found the fault and repaired it and voluntarily also did a thorough check of the electricity box. He described a proposal for better management and safety of the electricity box. We were pleasantly surprised when he also tidied up a tangle of wires and plugs in the garage as well. Superb customer service!

Peter Randall and his team went above and beyond to get the A/C functioning 1 week out from Christmas. From booking to diagnosis to repair it ran like clock work. They certainly lived up to their motto Tidy Timely and Trusted. Thank you.

Amazing service from Randall Electrics today! Tom came out 30mins after I called and installed 2 outdoor lights and an external PowerPoint within 1 hour. Great customer service, great knowledge and awesome people. You could not go wrong going with these guys! 5/5 stars all around
