Can’t fault the service , from the pleasant , informative initial phone call through to the on time , experienced and very knowledgeable technician who removed my old oven , replaced with the new one and explained every step of the process to me . Very happy with the price and will be using BrightForce Balmain for all future electrical needs

I had big problem with electricity in my house when safety switch cut off the power. It was not any apparent reason for it. I could not resolve the issue by myself. I called Bright Force Elecrical. They sent very competant and nice man within 2 hours. He has done proper investigation and found that part of my electrical wiring in the house is faulty and need replacement. He gave me a quote which i accepted. He also provided temporary fix so I have power for the rest of the day. Next day two electricians came to replace the faulty wires, check other wiring. Also my switch board was updated providing safety switches with all circuit breakers. Filip and Ramy have done excellent job. They were nice, professional and effective. They also have done clean job with minimum incoveniance to us. I will recommend this company to anyone.

From the moment I called Penrith Electrical Services to ask about installing ceiling fans Thursday morning, discussed over the phone what we wanted.... 2 days later we have fans! Exceptional service! Alex & Kaan arrived to look at the job, discussed options, pricing and what was needed to get the fans installed. I was happy to go ahead. Prepped the electrical work Friday. Fans installed next day (Saturday) by Kaan and Remy! Not only did they clean up after the job, even light (haha) conversation was memorable 😄 Great and friendly communication from beginning to end. It was a late Saturday night when my power went out. Bright force came out with not hesitation they were quick and efficient. They located the issue with in 20minutes. My consumer mains cables had burnt out due to having Cotten insulation, the technician had also flagged the fact that my switchboard was asbestos and had no safety equipment. The following day the bright force team arrived at home and replaced my damaged cabling and made my switchboard safe. thank you bright force, will definitely use you guys again

Amazing service! Chris came out on a Friday afternoon and was incredibly kind and friendly. He clearly explained and showed me what the fault was, which I appreciated. Most importantly, he got my power back on!! I would definitely recommend Bright Force Electrical.
