We've just completed a renovation and Adam/AILO was by far the easiest and best trade we dealt with. Very communicative, professional and highly knowledgeable from start to finish. He completely transformed our space like magic. Nothing was ever a problem, and everything just got done seamlessly. He relocated all of our kitchen electrical services to the opposite side, with external rangehood ducting and appliances installation, remapped our entire lighting layout with perfectly aligned dimmable downlights, multiple 2-way switching circuits, and wall lighting of all different shapes. They also relocated our TV point and NBN point, upgraded the main switchboard, replaced all exhaust fans, and installed security alarms - there was truly nothing he couldn’t do. Adam and Jack were very professional and managed to install 3 ceiling fans in my brand new apartment without issues. They even cleaned up after themselves. They supplied the fans and prices were very competitive. I would definitely recommend using their services, especially if you’re living in an apartment and worried about access. They will find the best possible solution with least amount of intrusion.

Was a great experience overall. Even from the early quote stage, Adam was already very detailed in studying the layout of the property which is why I went with them to begin with despite getting similar competing quotes. The PoE security camera install was done well and looks professionally put together. Will use AILO again for future electrical and data cabling works.

I have engaged AILO Electrical for the installation service of a new security system. I did not think service delivery like this still existed. From the initial engagement with Adam through to the actual installation by Jack and Will the entire experience has been outstanding. The initial query was submitted online and Adam was quick to respond, and happy to actually speak to you on the phone. For the day of installation not only did they arrive on time but slightly early with a call prior to see if that was ok. They took their time to understand what I specifically wanted (although I took their recommendation on most). They are the experts not me. The were professional, polite and friendly. The installation occurred without issue in a timely manner and they cleaned up after they had finished and took me through what I needed to know. Could not have asked for more. I had one follow up question which was not urgent (after they left) which Adam immediately jumped on and was happy to help. It is an absolute pleasure to see that there are companies that still deliver this type of experience.
