Zac visited our home yesterday (29th May 2025) to help us with faulty gas water heater switch and fixed a couple more issues in our home. He was polite, genuine & efficient. I was surprised at the speed at he worked. No fuss No drama, wonderful 1st time experience & yes we ended up liking him so much that we have decided to replace a few more accessories in our home by him. Well deserved 5 stars from us Zac.
