We had a Goodwe battery installed by ECOlectrical and would definitely recommend them to anyone in their service area. Oliver was great to deal with from the start, taking the time to discuss our battery and inverter options and providing several quotes so we could compare and decide. Communication was always clear and prompt, and the pricing was very competitive. Anthony and his team carried out the installation smoothly and professionally. They were friendly, explained the changes to the switchboard, left everything clearly labelled and organised, and made sure the site was clean and tidy before they left. Paul provided excellent after-sales support, helping us work through some initial issues (unrelated to the installation) by remotely monitoring the system and clearly explaining our options until everything was resolved. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience and would happily recommend ECOlectrical to our friends and family.

Fantastic experience with the ECOlectrical team, the entire process of installing solar and battery, from planning and sizing through to delivery and commissioning was incredibly smooth. All team members are very knowledgeable and happy to talk through any aspect of the work being planned or undertaken. We already had a good idea of what we wanted, and instead of a pushy sales pitch, he focused on giving us the information we actually needed which helped us make the right decisions for our home. During the 20 months to have my Solar Sytem installed by ECOlectrical I found them at all time's to be honest and true to schedules imposed for their trades to do the necessary work. And please note the 20 months had nothing to do with ECOlectrical but bureaucratic BS.
