One of the best trade services I have ever experienced. I engaged Fortify to put in CCTV and wireless access points across my property. From the initial inquiry I was greeted by Eden who did a very comprehensive quote of my house and made multiple recommendations to add value to the network. Accepting the quote was easy and Jade booked me in over the phone. On installation day Matt and Caleb arrived and took the time to cross reference the quote and really understand the property. They informed me every step of the way of what they were doing and where they were cutting in the property to minimise damage. Matt was very holistic in his approach and also the way he communicated with me. After installation, the guys helped me set up the network on my phone and also cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with the end result and looking forward to using Fortify in the future for other security and electrical requirements I have.
