Had an electrical issue late in the evening with the power constantly tripping. He came out quickly and was super helpful, giving us a few things to try over the phone while we waited. Found out it was the fridge causing the problem and explained everything in a really easy-to-understand way, plus gave advice on next steps. He came back a second time to review and even followed up a few days later. Really genuine, reliable and easy to deal with. Very happy with the service 😊
